Political shake-up in Bihar: Tejashwi Yadav to take over as Bihar Chief Minister in 8 to 10 days, says Santosh Kumar Suman

Suman’s Revelation: NDA strong enough to contest Bihar elections without Nitish Kumar

PATNA: Former Bihar Minister Santosh Kumar Suman has made a bold prediction, stating that Tejashwi Yadav, the leader of the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD), will assume the role of Chief Minister of Bihar within the next 8 to 10 days. Suman confidently declared that the era of current Chief Minister Nitish Kumar is coming to an end.

Speaking about the prevailing political situation in Bihar, Santosh Suman remarked, “Nitish Kumar’s incognito as Bihar’s Chief Minister has now been revealed.” As a result, Nitish Kumar is reportedly holding meetings with all ministers and MLAs. Suman, the son of Jitan Ram Manjhi and former minister, highlighted that Nitish Kumar had not engaged with MLAs, MPs, and ministers for the past two and a half years. However, the recent change in behavior, with Nitish Kumar calling for meetings, suggests that he is becoming increasingly desperate, realizing that his tenure may be nearing its conclusion.

Santosh Kumar Suman, the national president of Hindustani Awam Morcha, confidently asserted that the government in Bihar, currently led by the RJD, will soon undergo a significant transformation. Tejashwi Yadav will replace Nitish Kumar as the Chief Minister. Suman counted the days on his fingers, stating, “You will see in 8 to 10 days!”

Additionally, Suman expressed his belief that the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) is now capable of contesting elections in Bihar independently, without the need for Nitish Kumar’s leadership. He noted that the NDA possesses sufficient strength to secure victories on its own. When asked about the possibility of Nitish Kumar rejoining the NDA, Suman dismissed the notion, stating that it is highly unlikely. He emphasized that if there were any possibility of Nitish Kumar returning to the NDA, he would have already made the move.

Santosh Suman made these statements during a protest against the cancellation of the domicile policy at the Gardnibagh protest site on Monday. He joined the demonstration, voicing his opposition to the abolition of the domicile policy in the education sector.
