PATNA: After the death of 87 people due to illicit liquor in Chhapra Mashrakh, the administration immediately taking action against illegal liquor supplier. During the investigation, Patna Police seized 900 cartons liquor near Bikram police station under Paliganj subdivision of Patna district and has recovered a large consignment of English liquor from the paddy godown located in Moriwan village. Police has recovered a huge consignment of English liquor.

Late night SI Mithlesh Kumar of Bikram police station, while patrolling, saw a press car in suspicious condition at some distance from the paddy godown located in Moriawan village. Seeing the police vehicle, the car riders ran away. At the same time, during the search of the car, the police recovered a total of 17 cartons of liquor. On the basis of suspicion, the police started the investigation of the paddy godown, where instead of the sack of paddy in the godown, about 900 cartons of English liquor filled with liquor bottles were recovered. At the same time, the police called the warehouse owner Rajkumar and interrogated him.
