Jalandhar, (Punjab) ; More than 5000 students of Lovely Professional University learnt and experienced unique nuances and career options in the new age and hi-tech gaming industry at an event organised by JioGames at the LPU Campus, here today.
Various sessions dwelt on the unique career options like game developer, game graphic designer, content creator etc available to the youth in the ever-booming gaming industry.
Students also learnt various techniques on game designing, streaming industry, immersive cloud gaming, role of AI in gaming, AI powered Photos etc.
A large number of students had an enthralling experience at the Cloud Gaming Centre on Jio Set Top Box which has an extensive library with premium game titles for students with seamless gameplay. A BGMI Esports Competition was also organised.
Students also participated in Hackathon, JioGames Master Challenge which is a case study competition where students will got to tackle real-world business and tech problems, giving them a taste of the corporate world. Its winners will get a chance to collaborate with Jio’s team and win Jio hampers like Jio tags and JioDive!
