IND vs SL 3rd T20: On the basis of Suryakumar Yadav’s century, India scored 228 runs in 20 overs in the third T20 match and gave Sri Lanka a tough challenge of 229 runs to win.
Suryakumar hit an unbeaten 112 off 51 balls. Batting first, India lost Ishan Kishan (1) early but the likes of Shubman Gill (46), Rahul Tripathi (35) and Suryakmar propped up the hosts with a barrage of big hits at the Saurashtra Cricket Association Stadium. Tripathi’s runs came off just 16 balls and included five fours and two sixes. But the evening truly belonged to Suryakumar, who smashed seven fours and nine sixes.

In the third and final T20 cricket match between India and Sri Lanka on Saturday, Suryakumar has strengthened India’s position by scoring a century in 45 balls.
This is Suryakumar’s third century in T20 matches. Earlier, India had crossed 200 runs in 18 overs.
Before the start of the match, Indian captain Hardik Pandya won the toss and decided to bat first.
Indian batsman Ishaan Kishan was dismissed after scoring 1 run, Shubman Gill 46 runs, Rahul Tripathi 35 runs, Hardik Pandya 4 runs and Deepak Hooda 4 runs.
For Sri Lanka, Dilshan Madushanka took maximum two wickets while Kasun Rajitha, Shamika Karunaratne and Wanindu Hasaranga took one wicket each.
