“I have nothing to do with Sakar Construction Company”: Industries Minister
Patna: The Income Tax Department on Thursday carried out raides at the premised of Bihar Industries Minister Sameer Mahaseth. Apart from this, the raids were conducted at several of their location. The Income Tax Department team reached Mahaseth residence Shiv Shakti in Gosai Tola, Patliputra, capital Patna, to raid his office at Sone Bhawan in R block.
In this race, the first reaction of the Industry Minister has come to the fore. He has said that I have no relation with Sakar Construction Company. This company belongs to one of my relatives. I have nothing to do with today’s raid on the location of the construction company.
Raid in construction company as well
The Income Tax Department team is also raiding different offices of Sakar Construction Company. On Thursday morning, the Income Tax Department also went to the office located at Son Bhawan. After this raid was conducted in another office of Sakar Construction Company near Heera Panna shop located at Dak Bungalow Square. So far no statement has come from the Income Tax Department official on this.
The Income Tax department is yet to issue any official statement regarding the raids.
