GAYA/PATNA: Gaya Police on Saturday arrested two culprits who reportedly extorted money and recovered two country-made pistols, live cartridges, and mobile on the spot.
Gaya SSP Manish Kumar said that in the allegation against both the culprits of demanding extortion from a person of Manpur block. Victim had compliant against duo in the police station, according to which an FIR was lodged in Buniyadganj police station.
According to the police, A case of FIR number 320/22 was registered. Under which the Gaya police team caught the criminals.
As per the police, the accused have been identified as Chandan Kumar and Jashmendar Kumar. There is an allegation of demanding extortion against both the accused. Chandan Kumar is a resident of Dema Tadwan in Patna, while Jasmendra Kumar is a resident of Manpur Harijan Dharamshala in Gaya district.
The criminals have been arrested from Manpur Mufasil police station area. Two country-made pistols, a live cartridge, a kiosk or a mobile have been recovered from the arrested accused.
