PATNA: Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar will inaugurate the Leather Park located in Bela, industrial area of the district on Saturday. After inauguration, he will also inspect the ethanol factory being built in Motipur.
The leather factory will be run by Jeevika in Bela. There is also a wave of happiness among the Jeevika sisters regarding this.
According to the information received from the district administration, CM Nitish Kumar will leave Patna by road at 11:30 and will reach Bela Industrial Area. All preparations have also been made for the CM’s stay at Muzaffarpur Circuit House. The Leather Park will be inaugurated by meeting Jeevika Didis in Bela. In this, 40 Jeevika Didis have been attached to the leather cluster. To whom an assistance of Rs 10 lakh will be given as a loan.
Women entrepreneurs here will also be given exposure visits to units of leather industry established in big cities like Delhi and Mumbai. Presently 40 Jeevika Didis have been selected in this. In the first phase, about 500 people will also get employment here.
Jeevika didi will be the master of her own industry and will be in the role of leader. They will be given a loan of 10 lakhs with subsidy. 10 lakh will get 5 lakh subsidy. The remaining 5 lakh will be interest free loan. Supply chain will also be arranged for marketing their product.

Dharmendra Singh, General Manager, District Industries Center said that after Bela, the CM will leave for Motipur. The construction work of the ethanol factory is going on there. The CM will review the progress of the work and also take an overview of the entire unit. According to the schedule, the CM will leave for Patna from there.
