PATNA: In the capital Patna, culprit openly killed the Bihta police station’s Chowkidar by pelting bricks and stones on Sunday night. Police recovered the body lying alongside on the road bush. After the murder, the criminals fled by throwing the dead body in the bush. Police said that the body found on Monday morning from the boring office premises located in Bihta.
According to information, Chowkidar Rakesh Kumar Paswan was the 40-year-old son of late Devnarayan Paswan, a resident of Jinpura Goraiya place in Bihta. The Chowkidar was pelted with bricks and stones, said police.
After the incident, sensation spread in the entire area. The police reached there on the spot. The body of the Chowkidar has been taken into custody by the police and sent for postmortem and further action has been initiated.
According to Dainik Jagran, Bihta police station in-charge Sanovar Khan said that the watchman has been identified as Rakesh Paswan, son of late Devnarayan Paswan. During the conversation, he told that the reasons for the murder are being ascertained. He told that it appears that he was killed by the criminals by crushing them with bricks and stones late on Monday night.
