Bihar: Upendra Kushwaha claims his convoy attacked in Bhojpur, stones thrown

Patna: Janata Dal United (JDU) leader Upendra Kushwaha has claimed that his convoy was attacked near Nayaka Tola Mod in Jagdishpur in Bihar’s Bhojpur district. The miscreants fled from the spot when their security personnel chased them, he added. There is no news of anyone getting injured in this incident.

Kushwaha said in a tweet, “Some anti-social elements suddenly attacked my vehicle passing near Nayaka Tola turn in Jagdishpur of Bhojpur district, some anti-social elements suddenly attacked, threw stones.” Everyone ran away when the security personnel ran.

He also tagging Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Bihar Police.

According to the news report, when Upendra Kushwaha’s convoy was passing, people showed him black flags. Upendra Kushwaha, who served as Union Minister of State for Human Resource Development, joined the JDU-RJD Grand Alliance and merged his party Rashtriya Lok Samta Party with Janata Dal-United.  

However, Kushwaha recently raised objections over the growing clout of the RJD within the mahagathbandhan, especially after Nitish Kumar hinted at a power transfer to his deputy Tejashwi Yadav in future

However, Kushwaha has recently objected to the growing clout of the RJD within the Grand Alliance. He is an attacker on Nitish Kumar.
