PATNA: On Tuesday, the Bihar cabinet gave node for recruiting a hug number of candidate for Bihar Police posts. A decision in this regard has been announced in the cabinet chaired by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. The government has taken a big decision regarding employment.
According to the meeting report, the government has approved a total of 13 agendas. Regarding the same job, the cabinet has given approval for direct recruitment on 67, 735 posts in the police department. In view of the increasing population, approval has been given to create a total of 67 thousand 735 posts, including 48, 447 posts of direct appointment and 19,288 posts of the second phase.

Tejashwi Yadav has told by tweeting that there is good news for the youth, bumper restoration in Bihar Police.
He has further written, “There will be direct recruitment of policemen on 75,543 posts to strengthen Bihar Police and make need-based appointments in proportion to the population.”

Along with this, the state cabinet has approved another proposal. A total of 7808 posts of police cadre and non-police cadre have also been approved by the cabinet for the first phase of Emergency Response Support System i.e. ERSS Dial 112 in Bihar. In this situation, a total of 75543 posts of policemen have been created. Today, the cabinet has also approved the proposal for appointment to all these posts. In such a situation, this is a good news for the youth sitting in search of employment. The appointment of such number of police personnel in Bihar is expected to be completed by next year.
At the same time, with effect from the financial year 2022-23, the rules have been amended to set an upper limit of five lakhs in a financial year on General Provident Fund contribution.
