Bihar: Horrible road accident of JAP chief Pappu Yadav’s convoy, 11 injured  

Buxar. The convoy of Jan Adhikar Party chief Pappu Yadav met with an accident last night, wherein several leaders were injured.

According to the information, a horrific road accident took place on the Ara-Buxar National Highway late on Tuesday night. Former MP and Jan Adhikar Party convenor Pappu Yadav narrowly survived the accident. At the same time, a total of 11 people, including 2 BMP personnel and the driver, were injured in this road accident. The collision was so severe that the wheels of the vehicles flew away and the vehicle running in the convoy fell down the road.

According to the report, former MP Pappu Yadav was on the way to attend the wedding with his workers. The horrific road accident took place near Devkuli village under Brahmapur police station area of the district. The accident happened due to overtaking truck.

Pappu Yadav said that after being involved in the Mubarakpur incident in Saran, we were going to Buxar’s Purva village along with other party leaders and workers to attend the wedding of the son of our party’s general secretary.

Meanwhile, the overload truck was continuously overtaking our car and moving it back and forth. After this, the driver of the Scott car tried to save him due to overtaking. Due to which the vehicles coming from behind in Scott collided with each other.

All the injured have been admitted to the nearest hospital. The soldiers deployed in the security of Pappu Yadav have been badly injured. Scott’s car overturned and went to the side of the road.
