PATNA: Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has postponed the examination date for the position f Head Tracher in Primary Schools under the Education Department, Govt of Bihar.
The written (objective) competitive examination was to be held on 22 December this month. The Commission issued notice of postponement of the examination due to unavoidable reasons, although there is a comment of the High Court behind it.
What did the Patna High Court Say?
On Friday, the Patna High Court raised questions on the Principal Teacher Recruitment Rules to be held for 40 thousand 506 posts. The court had said that it is not right, make it again. Only after this the BPSC has canceled the exam.
Earlier, as per the schedule, BPSC Head Teachers written examination will be conducted on December 22, 2022 across 13 districts in Bihar.
The selection commission aims to fill a total of 40,506 vacancies of Head Teacher through this recruitment drive. Out of which, 13761 posts are reserved for female candidates.
