PATNA: Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has simplified the process of paper correction. The committee has implemented Document Management System (DMS). Now all districts student may correct their documents to any regional office related to secondary higher secondary and other miscellaneous examinations and duplicate mark sheets and certificates.

To issue the documents, students currently have to get their ID deducted by applying to the regional office of the committee located in the division of their respective district. Also, the residents of Jharkhand state have to apply to the Patna regional office of the committee.
The committee has released the complete address and phone numbers of all the regional offices on the website of the committee. The secretary has said that in order to issue correction or secondary documents, students have to submit an application to the regional office located in the division of their respective district and get their ID cut. Also the residents of Jharkhand have to apply at the Patna Regional Office of the committee, but now it has been decided in the interest of the students that students of any district of the state or residents of Jharkhand can apply for correction or secondary papers in any regional office of the committee.

Written application will no longer be accepted
Now no application will have to be written to remove any document from the committee. For this, the committee has issued a new standard format. Now students will have to download the standard format and get the same signed by the principal of their school or college for forwarding. Now the written application will not be accepted in the board office. Along with this, the board has also issued the standard format of the affidavit. The standard format of application and affidavit can be downloaded by visiting the board’s website http://biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in/ . To download the format, students have to go to the ‘Students Information’ section of the website. This is where the standard format is available to remove errors and duplicate documents. Along with this, the standard format can also be obtained from the regional office.
